They workJul 30, 2010
By Barrett Device: Nexus One
These gloves do allow me to do some basic things on the phone. The screen does respond when I touch it, so these will at least allow me to answer phone calls and check e-mail, but as stated in other reviews, they aren't useful for any kind of precision touching. This is likely just a tradeoff that needs to be made with any glove of this thickness in order to keep warm, but the seams could be placed better. Instead of being able to use the tip of your finger, you need to use the face of it, which makes things a little tricky. The placement of the special fabric on the thumb is also a bit awkward.
These gloves are useful, but I'll be looking for another pair that are a little less bulky and that allow better precision. If all you want to be able to do is answer phone calls and check (but not compose) e-mail and text messages, then these gloves will work just fine for you.
And to be clear, if you're using a standard onscreen keyboard, you likely won't find *any* gloves that will allow you to easily type (with the exception of tablets), but with an onscreen keyboard like swype (which does not require a great deal of accuracy), combined with something a little less bulky and more precise than these gloves, typing would be possible.

Awesome ProductDec 29, 2009
By Bret I just got these gloves for Christmas so I haven't had a lot of time with them so far but from what I've seen I'm very impressed. They work exactly as advertised. I have the Motorola Droid and to answer the phone I have to slide my finger on the lock screen. Usually that means taking off my glove to use my phone which can be pretty annoying (and cold) at times. My wife bought me these gloves and I love them. They work perfectly without any issues. I've shown them to a few people around my office and everybody that sees them wants a pair of their own or knows somebody who could use them. Highly recommended.

A little bulkyFeb 09, 2010

These gloves aren't quite as great as I'd hoped. They are a little bulky and don't fit your index finger and thumb snug enough to be able to have very good dexterity when using your Iphone. I even sent them back and got a smaller size but that didnt help

does not deliver what promised.Mar 05, 2011
By Melissa Zyman I bought this item for my bf so that he can use iphone during "cold" weather. and yet the gloves does not keep him warm! the contact "metal" on forefinger is so small and it does not make contact very well. have you ever had gloves that has just a bit of a room left at the tip of your fingers? then this product is NOT for you. unless you have super duper long fingers, you can't make the gloves fit snug enough so that the metal is perfectly flat on your finger. DO NOT BUY THIS!!! plz do not waste your money...
Never used them, too smallJan 18, 2012
By Gajah Duduk I never used these because they were too small, although I ordered a large. This season I ordered NuTech gloves. I couldn't believe that NuTech's sizing chart said I should get a medium, so I called the company and they confirmed that I should get medium, and those turned out fine. So the sizing on these is quite off.
