Great tripod. A little on the heavy side, but I knew that it would be before I purchased it. Love the ease of releasing all the legs at once and the sturdiness. I wish it had padding on the legs like my other tripods so that I have something to hang onto when I am packing it or when I put it on my shoulder there would be a bit of a cushion. I have only had it for a month and am still getting used to it.

Well Built and SOLID mount for any digital camera. This is not something you really want to be taking with you if doing a long walking tour. Love the rapid leg deployment. Will hit the ceiling of the average home if raised all the way. Great for shooting over crowds or fences.

Great design for quick setup and stability. Heavy, but given the functionality the weight is secondary for me. I also have some LensCoat tripod leg protectors and I moved these from another tripod. I think this will make it easier to grab it and move it around.

We are very happy with this well-made, exceptionally functional tripod for our purposes. We do not use this outdoors, only for nature shots out our windows. Adjustable and useable in so many angles, directions, heights, etc.

WOW....received this tripod right before leaving for a shoot in Belize, and it has been the most durable
tripod I have ever used in my 18 years as a professional photographer! It has now traveled with me in 3 different countries and held up through many baggage checks here in the states! It's easy on/off head allows for quick removal while photographing events or families and children and the legs go in and out with just a touch of a button!...it's a little heavy....but helps build muscle :)
overall.....you will not be disappointed!
