i was expecting the CableDrop from BlueLounge, not these pieces of crap that showed up. the sticky pad sticks fine to all surfaces, but the CableDrop itself falls right off the pad!! the real ones from BlueLounge will work forever, these suck. be sure to buy genuine.

I got some official BlueLounge cable drops at the Container Store awhile back and they are great. These one are knock offs and are cheaply made. the adhesive comes off of both the cable drop and what ever surface you put it on very quickly. they might be good for holding up a small photo or for a pen holder but not study enough to keep a cable in place.

They are great for holding cords up and out of the way for easy access when you need them. Until the sticky pads fail after a week. It does not matter what surface you stick them on, because the part of the product that comes undone is the adhesive between the white pad and the green/pink/orange cord holding material. Not purchasing again.

I had a few too many cables that got away from me; these things did the trick. They'll hold fast two USB cables each. They affix firmly to the target surface with adhesive; I don't know if they cause permanent damage to the surface, but I'd advise being sure they're positioned where you want them.
