All good, for half the priceSep 15, 2008
By R. Austin The Canon version of this teleconverter is about twice the cost..........but I'm more than happy with the Kenko version. I've seen a little chromatic aberration, but I'm not sure if that comes from the teleconverter.....or the cheap 300mm lens that I was using it with. But I did get some great shots of the moon.....for a fraction of the cost of a 600mm lens.

By Roy E. Williamson I use this with a sigma 70-300 dg lens.Mounted on a decent tripod it takes great pics of birds in my backyard.I am a novice photographer with my first slr.I have a 40d canon.Most of my shots are from about 50 to 75 feet.Have patience and practice.I plan on purchasing a canon 100-400 is in the near future.Kenko Teleplus MC-7 2X AF Teleconverter for Canon EOSGood Luck Roy
