Better Than ExpectedJan 16, 2012

I researched camera bags for my new Cannon EOS 7D for several weeks. I had just purchased the Cannon EOS 7D and it was much larger than the Konica-Minolta Dimage A2 that it replaced. The camera bag I had for the Diamge was too small for the new camera. I read many customer reviews (yes, the customer reviews are important) and from the reviews it seemed the 1EG Professional Gadget Bag was the best item for my needs. First off the photos do not do the bag justice, it is much better looking in real life than in its photos. I was afraid the bag would be too large, similar to a gym bag, but in reality it is just the right size. My Cannon EOS 7D is a large camera and with the 28-135 zoom lens attached the camera is just that much larger. The camera with lens attached fits very nicely in the bag (uses 1/2 the length of the bag). When the bag arrived I pulled out all the compartment inserts and reconfigured them into the compartments I wanted to have. The Cannon EOS 7D with lens attached fits nicely in the bag with several compartmens remaining to accommidate additional lenes I plan on purchasing over the next two years. Also with the numerous zipped pouches in the front and on the side will allow room for the extra 3 batteries and 2 spare SanDisk Extreme Pro 64GB memory cards I will purchase during this year. I like the fact the top is secured by both a zipper and secure hook latches on the front, prevents dumping my expensive equipment onto the ground. I also like the fact that the little pouches attached to the insde top of the bag can be removed, they are attached by velcro and 4 snaps. I didn't need these little storage pouches and didn't like the idea of the zipper handles hanging down and maybe scratching my camera lens or the 3 inch LCD screen on the back of the camera. I am a semi professional photographer that enjoys shooting photos and I like my equipment to be well protected as well as fitting comfortable into the camera bag. This bag fits all the expectations that I wanted in a camera bag. I would highly recommend this bag to anyone who has a large camera with several lenes and camera accessories. The inside compartments can easily be rearranged to accommidate most compartment requirements. It has my 5 star rating!

the first one i bought was for me my daughter fell in love with mine so this one's for her she can't wait to fill it up with all the things she has and soon will be buying it made a great gift
